With the growing impact that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having across Australian and the Globe, the health and safety of our team, their families, clients, associates and the wider community is our utmost priority.
Accordingly, as a precaution we have made the decision to close the Geelong and Melbourne offices effective from 6.00pm today until further notice.
In saying this, we are still open for business as usual and our team have secure remote access to ensure that we can continue to deliver on our vision of improving personal wellbeing and ensuring we remain focused on working together with our clients in achieving their goals and objectives.
The PWS Advisory Group has ensured that we have the necessary systems and resources to allow our team secure remote access to all records. This has allowed us to mobilise our team quickly to work from home, ensuring that we seamlessly continue to service our clients and associates.
Accordingly, whilst we do not have any reported exposure to COVID-19, our systems and processes have allowed us to be proactive in reducing the risks from the potential spread of the disease and avoiding a directive action from the Government to close in the coming weeks.
We believe that being proactive in this decision has allowed us to smoothly manage the transition of the office closures and limit any impact to you.
During the period of our office closure we will continue to receive all incoming mail. Furthermore, all team members have access to their emails and will continue to check these regularly as though they were working from the office.
Email communication is encouraged in preference to the post due to the immediate delivery of information. Our team continue to have access to their direct lines and will be able to receive all incoming telephone calls. Furthermore, our office number has been redirected and will be answered and directed to the appropriate team member. If in the event that you are unable to get through to us, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will continue to maintain normal business hours, however, our leadership team will continue to be there to support you at all times should urgent matters arise.
With regard to any meetings which you may have had scheduled in our offices, our team will be in contact to discuss alternative arrangements. We have access to software that allows for us to have reliable video conferencing with our clients. We regularly utilise this software internally and will continue to be in contact with our teams. This will allow us to continue to have visual meetings with our clients with the need of only an email address and internet connection.
We encourage you to take care during this unprecedented time and to follow the guidance of medical and Government sources. We are here to support you in any way we can and over the coming weeks we will continue to check in on your wellbeing. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
We appreciate that this is a difficult time for us all and acknowledge the disruptions that COVID-19 is having on all our lives. In relation to the recent stimulus announcements made by the Government, we will send out an overview of these measures. Where appropriate we will make contact directly with clients to discuss how they will specifically benefit from these announcements. It is suspected that further government measures may follow.
